There are however a few important things to remember:

Your ticket!!

Your PC and everything that you need to make it work. Its nice if you bring your flat screen - this makes for more space on the tables - even if there is ample space already.

Bring neccessary drivers!! Your Windows CD and license number plus an updated anti-virus program. This will make things easier if things go bad. Tech Crew has a lot of things to do and it's best for everyone if they don't have to spend all their time removing viruses. Again: update your anti-virus program before arriving

LAN adapter / cable. Minimum 5 meter long cable is required to connect to the network - one port per person

Grounded extension cable - only one outlet available per person on the main grid

Money for food and drink - remember, the party lasts 5 days.

Sleeping bag and other things needed for a 5 day hike with 500 other gamers. Or your hotel reservation.

Head set - no speakers allowed !

Cell phone AND your charger, pen, paper, CD's. The party store will also be selling DVD's and CD's

ATM card, drivers license and/or other ID, including home phone number in case we need to contact your next of kin.

Smoking is only allowed in the designated area. Snuff must be trown in the garbage after use and NOT on the floor!!

You are not allowed to bring any alcohol or illegal drugs. If you need any kind of medication, please bring your prescription for verification. The area will be monitored around the clock.

Visitors are not allowed - the party is only available to those who have a ticket / arm band. Exeptions will be made for parents.

If you need to sleep (yeah right...) there are matresses laid out. Again, remember to bring your sleeping bag, we have designated sleeping areas.

Possessing and / or distributing any illegal material will be reported to the authorities and you will be expelled from the premises.
